1. In a skillet, place chopped meat and cook over medium heat until browned.
2. In a large pot, cook Ziti noodles for 5-7 minutes or until firm ("al dente"), not mushy.
3. Drain pasta and place in a 9 X 13 pan. Mix in Ricotta cheese, cooked meat and shredded mozzarella. Cover with sauce, then top with mozzarella slices.
4. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
5. cut into squares and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
