MAIN Recreation Sports Golf Players Championship 2008

A major highlight of the PGA Tour, the Players Championship is the richest tournament of the year with the strongest and deepest field -— including 50 of the the world's top golfers competing for the $1 million-plus prize at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

In the U.S., complete TV coverage airs on NBC and The Golf Channel from Thursday May 8 to Sunday May 11, 2008.
